摘要
本文梳理了晋代至宋代中外文献记载的代用茶、混合茶、药茶,并指出这些茶都是中国茶文化的重要组成部分。
This paper analyzes the substitutional tea, mixed tea and medicinal tea recorded in the Chinese and foreign literature from the Jin Dynasty to the Song Dynasty, and points out their significance in Chinese tea culture.
