摘要 针对传统不动产测绘外业工作量大、耗时长且成本高等问题,尤其是针对农村地区部分院落长期无人居住造成无法进入庭院进行测绘作业的问题。本文将无人机倾斜摄影测量三维建模技术运用于不动产测绘,通过对外业实测数据与基于在倾斜摄影三维模型上所采集到的不动产平面图图形数据的对比分析,论证了基于倾斜摄影三维建模的不动产测绘的可行性,且与传统不动产测绘相比,在效率、精度、成本和工期等方面都有着明显的优势,为不动产测绘提供了一种快捷、高效的作业方法。 In view of the big workload, time consuming, and high cost in real estate mapping by using traditional meth- od, especially in the rural areas, some house yards, in which no one inhabit for long time, it is difficult to enter to conduct surveying and mapping work. In this article, 3D modelling via UAV oblique photography is applied in real es- tate mapping, Through the comparison between field measured data and real-estate graphic data collected on the three- dimensional model via UAV oblique photogrammetry, the feasibility of real-estate mapping based on three-dimensional modeling via oblique photography is demonstrated. Compared with the traditional real estate mapping, the efficiency, accuracy, cost and duration for a project have obvious advantages, providing a fast and efficient operation method for real estate surveying and mapping.
