摘要
针对生产建设项目渣场乱堆乱弃,水土保持设施建设滞后等问题,本文利用无人机技术对渣场的扰动面积、堆渣方量、水土保持措施信息进行提取,同时对渣场两期影像进行相对校正,叠加分析得出渣场的动态变化。结果表明以第一期影像为基准选取控制点进行第二期影像校正,可以有效的减小误差,满足生产建设项目渣场量测要求。无人机技术能够快速、准确、直观的反应渣场扰动面积、堆渣方量和水土保持措施等变化情况,为生产建设项目水土保持监管提供技术支撑。
According to the random dumpling and delay of soil and water conservation facilities, area, volume and soil and water conservation measures of slag fields are extracted by small unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology. Meanwhile, the dynamic changes are analyzed by two images corrected relatively. The results show that it can reduce the accuracy error by selecting control points in the first image to correct the second image, which meet the accuracy of measurement for slag fields in the construction projects. Small UAV technology can reflect the changes of area, volume and soil and water conservation measures of slag fields quickly, accurately and intuitively, which provides a supporting technique for soil and water conservation supervision of construction projects.
