摘要 城市用地规划是一项长期、复杂的系统工程,运用有效的技术手段提升城市用地规划质量,将有助于提升城市整体布局与区域经济发展。本文通过无人机航测手段对城市用地情况进行测量与分析,首先运用多元回归分析研究了不同类型用地与经济发展情况的关系;其次,根据JS地区实际调查情况对回归分析的结果给予了定性说明;最后,运用三次指数平滑法对回归模型进行了定量验算,论证了城市用地规划对区域经济发展的影响符合本文多元回归规律,说明了无人机航测技术对城市规划数据收集的应用价值以及回归分析在城市用地规划中的应用效果。 Urban and rural land use planning is a long-term and complex work. The application of effective technical means to the planning of urban and rural land use is related to the overall layout and economic development of the re gion. This paper used the UAV to measure and analyze the urban and rural land. To study whether the level of econom ic development is affected by the plan of land planning. And the situation of land use in JS area was analyzed, com bined with the per capita GDP in the region. At last, the impact of urban and rural land use planning on regional eco nomic development is studied, and its results are qualitatively and quantitatively combined.
