摘要
随着国民经济的高速发展和城市建设步伐的加快,对城中村改造工作效率有着更高的要求。本文针对利用无人机航空摄影测量系统进行城中改造迁补偿评估基础数据的生产与分析方法进行了研究,针对不同城中村的特点和实际情况,制定相应的房屋建筑面积分析方案,提出一种新的城中村改造建筑物拆迁补偿评估方法,提高了建筑物面积估算的效率,拓展了无人机航空摄影测量系统的应用范围,为城市规划发展服务提供了新的技术支持和可靠的数据保障。
With the rapid development of national economy and the acceleration of urban construction, there is a high- er demand for the efficiency of urban village reconstruction. Article on the use of digital aerial photogrammetry meas- urements house demolition compensation and production data analysis methods based assessment study, the characteris- tics and the actual situation of different villages, to develop the appropriate housing construction area analysis pro- gram. Innovation of the transformation of villages demolition compensation assessment methods, expanding the scope of application of aerial photogrammetry. It provides new technical support and reliable data guarantee for urban plan- ning and development service.
