20世纪30~40年代,四川省双季稻的试验推广工作从种植技术、品种选育、人才培养三个方面为后来四川双季稻的大规模发展奠定了基础。以杨开渠为中心的农学家们,在双季稻的推广中发挥了重要作用。

From the 1930s to1940s, the experimentation and popularization of double cropping rice in Sichuan Province,mainly from three aspects of planting techniques, variety selection and personnel training, laid the foundation for the later largescale development of double cropping rice. Agronomists centered on Yang Kaiqu played an important role in the promotion of double cropping rice.
