兽医针灸的农业文化遗产价值及其保护利用研究

Research on Agricultural Cultural Heritage Value, Protection and Utilization of Veterinary Acupuncture

兽医针灸是我国的传统兽医诊治技术之一,为我国农业文化遗产重要的组成部分。本文基于农业文化遗产的价值标准,分别从兽医针灸的历史文化价值、安全高效的医疗价值、保障食品安全的社会价值,分析了其农业文化遗产价值。在此基础上,笔者分析了兽医针灸衰落的因素;最后,基于农业文化遗产视角,本文提出了兽医针灸技术的保护利用对策:增强公众对兽医针灸的价值认识;推进兽医针灸的"申遗"进程;发挥多方参与机制对兽医针灸的保护利用。

Veterinary acupuncture is an ancient and exotic traditional veterinary treatment technique, which is an important part of agricultural cultural heritage in China. Based on the value standard of agricultural cultural heritage, the paper analyzes the value of agricultural cultural heritage from the historical and cultural value of veterinary acupuncture, the safe and efficient medical value and the social value of food safety. Then, it analyzed the declining factors in veterinary acupuncture. Finally, from the perspective of agricultural cultural heritage, it put forward the countermeasures to protect the veterinary acupuncture technology in the hope of enhancing the understanding of the value of veterinary acupuncture in public, and promoting veterinary acupuncture application for the list of world heritage, so as to urge multiparty participation in the protection and utilization of veterinary acupuncture.
