摘要
分析了国内外特大型浮选机的发展概况及发展趋势,在研究特大型浮选机设计原理、基本要求的基础上,通过浮选动力学过程分析,提出了其特殊设计原则和影响设计选型的关键因素,可大幅减少其设计选型时间,提高其设计选型精度、矿石分离效率及选矿回收率。
The development situation and trend of extra-large flotation machines at home and abroad are analyzed, on the basis of studying the design principle and basic requirements of extra-large flotation machine, through the analysis of flotation kinetic process, the special design principles and the key factors influencing design selection are proposed, it can greatly reduce the design selection time, and improve the design and selection precision, ore separation efficiency and ore dressing recovery rate.
