摘要
由于硫酸具有很强的腐蚀性,因此大型硫酸储罐在设计时应格外注意安全问题。本文将大型硫酸储罐罐底结构分为平板式和格栅式两类、分别介绍两类罐底参数选取和计算方法,并对罐底的焊接方式、防水处理和耐冲刷等方面提出了一些意见,最后对底板制造时控制焊接变形提出了一些建议。
Due to the high Corrosivity of sulfuric acid, large-scale sulfuric acid storage tanks should be designed with special attention to safety issues. In this paper, the bottom structure of large-scale sulfuric acid storage tanks is divided into two types: flat plate and grid type. The selection and calculation methods of the two types of tank bottom parameters are introduced respectively. Some methods for welding the bottom of the tank, waterproof treatment and erosion resistance are put forward. In the end, some suggestions are made for controlling the welding deformation during the manufacture of the base plate.
