摘要
综合分析比较目前锌粉生产的主要方法,水力雾化锌粉作为新一代锌粉生产技术,在生产工艺、安全环保、降低能耗方面存在明显优势。本文叙述了水力雾化锌粉生产工艺,介绍了生产实践情况及相关技术改进。
The paper describes the production process of hydraulic atomized zinc powder, and introduces the production practice and related technical improvement. The main method of zinc powder production is analyzed and compared. As a new generation of zinc powder production technology, the hydraulic atomized zinc powder has obvious advantages in the production process, safety and environmental protection, and reducing energy consumption.
