摘要 在Al-Mg合金中添加Sc元素,不仅延续了Al-Mg合金的优良性能,同是也克服了其受热易软化的缺点,提高了合金强度,本文从合金特性出发,阐述了Mg、Sc、Mn、Zr、Ti元素的作用,制定了熔铸试验工艺方案,并在铸锭上切取典型位置试片,进行了化学成分宏观偏析和低倍组织等质量检验,同时采用TEM、SEM等显微组织分析手段对微观组织进行了观察和分析,结果显示采用该方案生产的铸锭质量符合要求,由此总结出一套合理的熔铸工艺参数。 The addition of the Sc element in the A1-Mg alloy, not only continues the excellent properties of the A1-Mg alloy, but also overcomes the shortcomings of its heat and softening, and improves the strength of the alloy. From the characteristics of the alloy, the paper describes the function of Mg, Sc, Mn, Zr and Ti. The casting test procedure is developed, and typical position test pieces are cut on the ingot. The quality analysis of chemical composition macrosegregation and low-magnification is carried out, and TEM, SEM and other microstructures are used. The analysis method has observed and analyzed the microstructure. The results show that the quality of the ingot produced by this scheme meets the requirements, and a reasonable set of casting process parameters is summarized.
