球磨机使用大型开式齿轮副作为动力传动装置,其主要工作条件是低速、重载、冲击负荷等。本文对比了几种不同磨合润滑方案,确定了最适宜的润滑方案,达到了降低设备维护的人力、物力成本。
The ball mill uses a large open gear pair as the power transmission device, and its main working conditions are low speed, heavy load, impact load. The paper compares several different running-in lubrication schemes, determines the most suitable lubrication scheme, and achieves the manpower and material cost of reducing equipment maintenance.
