摘要
以壳聚糖(CS)为改性剂,将CaCl_2/CS混合溶液滴加到海藻酸(SA)溶液中,制备出毫米级CS/Ca-SA载水胶囊,通过红外光谱分析胶囊囊膜结构,并考察CS浓度对胶囊形貌、粒径、球形度及失重率的影响。结果表明,SA与Ca2+发生络合反应的同时还与CS产生静电吸引形成聚电解质,双重交联反应增加了囊膜的交联密度,与Ca-SA胶囊相比,CS/Ca-SA胶囊的失重率明显降低,24 h失重率由96.17%降低至55.14%;CS/Ca-SA胶囊粒径在4.2-5.0 mm之间可调;当CS浓度大于1.25 wt.%时,可制备出球形度较好的胶囊。
The chitosan/Calcium alginate(CS/Ca-SA) capsules were prepared by dropping the CaCl_2/CS solution into SA solution successfully. The structure of the capsules membrane was analyzed by FTIR. The effects of CS concentration on size, shape and weight loss rate of capsules were investigated. The results showed that SA not only reacted with Ca^(2+) but also CS. The capsules diameter could be adjusted in 4.2-5.0 mm under control. Uniform and spherical capsules could be formed when the CS concentration were 1.25 wt.%. Compared to Ca-SA capsules, the weight loss rate of CS/Ca-SA capsules decreased significantly from 96.17% to 55.14% when the test time was 24 h.
