家庭洗涤对不同抗皱整理的POLO衫性能影响研究

摘要 为探究洗涤周期对不同抗皱整理的纯棉POLO衫的穿着舒适性和低应力力学性能的影响,选择未经抗皱整理剂整理和经过传统疏水抗皱整理剂整理、新研发的亲水抗皱整理剂整理的纯棉POLO衫作为研究载体,再通过对其进行不同洗涤周期的洗涤处理,详细探讨反复洗涤对其动态水传递速率、织物冷暖感、空气渗透阻力、拉伸延伸率、剪切刚度、剪切滞后力、厚度、MIU系数等性能影响趋势,并对其结果进行机理解释。结果表明:抗皱整理可显著降低由于反复洗涤造成的织物力学性能下降的程度。具体来说,相比于未经抗皱整理的POLO衫,经过抗皱整理的POLO衫的表面水分吸收率、冷暖感和低应力力学性能随洗涤周期增加变化不大;但经过抗皱整理后POLO衫的拉伸延伸率显著下降。此外,还发现:经过亲水性抗皱整理的POLO衫的表面吸水速率显著提高,但其亲水性柔软剂的耐洗性稍微下降,故今后研究应当进一步提高其耐洗性性能。可为人们日常衣物护理提供指导及后整理工艺优化提供参考。 In order to investigate the effect of repeated washing on clothing comfort and low stress mechanical properties of fabric, POLO shirt without and with conventional hydrophobic wrinkle-free treatment and newly developed hydrophilic wrinkle-free treatment were chosen as a research sample, and carried out experiments of different washing cycles, the effect of repeated washing on dynamic water transfer rate, warm/cool felling, air permeability resistance, tensile elongation rate, shear stiffness, shear hysteresis force, thickness and MIU coefficient of fabric are discussed in detail. Results showed that the wrinkle-free treatment reduces the reduced degree to mechanical properties of the fabric due to repeated washing. Specifically, the surface moisture absorbency, warm/cool felling and low stress mechanical properties of POLO shirts have little change with the increase of washing cycle compared with those of non-wrinkle-free ones. However, the tensile elongation of POLO shirt decreased significantly after wrinkle free treatment. In addition, it was found that the surface water absorption rate of POLO shirt was improved significantly, but the hydrophilic softener had poor washing resistance and thus should be further improved in future research. Moreover, this study can provide reference for daily care of POLO shirt and optimization of its finishing process.
