“一带一路”沿线省区创新产出变化的驱动效应实证研究 被引量:1

An Empirical Study on the Driving Effects of Innovation Output Change in Provinces along “One Belt One Road”

摘要 采用2005年-2015年"一带一路"沿线省区的面板数据,通过构建对数平均迪氏指数(LMDI)分解模型,以区域专利授权量作为创新产出的解释变量,实证分析区域研发力度、创新效率、经济结构、经济规模四个因素对"一带一路"沿线省区创新产出变化的驱动效应。研究发现,区域经济规模、创新效率与研发力度对"一带一路"沿线省区的创新产出有正向推动作用,而经济结构对区域创新产出起到负向抑制作用。研究结论不仅对深化区域创新的学术研究具有理论与方法意义,同时对促进"一带一路"沿线省区的经济协调发展、提升创新产出具有重要的实践启示。 Using the panel data of the provinces along "One Belt One Road(OBOR)" during 2005-2015, and taking the patent authorized number as the explanatory variable of innovation output by constructing Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index(LMDI) decomposition method, this paper empirically analyzed the driving effects of the regional innovation efficiency, regional RD intensity, regional economy structure and regional economy scale on innovation output in provinces along OBOR. The results showed that the regional economy scale, regional innovation efficiency, and regional RD intensity, have positive effects on regional innovation output in provinces along OBOR, while the economic structure has a negative effect on the regional innovation output. These conclusions not only give important theoretical guidance to an in-depth study of regional innovation, but also provide significant practical implications for promoting the coordinated development between economic and innovation output in provinces along OBOR.
