基于面板随机前沿模型的湖北省生产效率及影响因素研究

Research on Production Efficiency and Influencing Factors in Hubei Province based on Panel Stochastic Frontier Model

通过运用面板随机前沿模型,利用2006年到2015年间湖北省12个地级及以上城市的面板数据,对湖北省城市经济的生产效率及影响因素进行测算,实证结果表明:科教投入占区域生产总值的比例对生产效率有显著正影响,外商投资占区域生产总值的比例对生产效率有显著正影响,国有工业企业产值占区域生产总值的比例对生产效率有显著负影响。根据实证研究结论,提出了提高湖北省生产效率的政策建议。

Through the panel stochastic frontier model and the panel data of 12 cities in Hubei Province from 2006 to 2015, the technical efficiency of economic growth and influencing factors of technical efficiency of economic growth in Hubei Province are estimated. The empirical results show that： The proportion of input to the regional GDP has a significant positive impact on the level of technical efficiency. The proportion of foreign investment in the regional GDP has a significant positive impact on the level of technical efficiency. The ratio of the output value of the state-owned industrial enterprise to the total regional GDP has a significant negative impact on the level of technical efficiency. Based on the empirical research conclusions, the policy recommendations to improve the technical efficiency of economic growth in Hubei Province are proposed.
