Gold Liquid:A Dynamic History of Fertilizer Technology

专著《金汁:中国传统肥料知识与技术实践研究(10~19世纪)》,对宋代以降中国传统社会的肥料知识与技术进行了系统性的研究,丰富了我国肥料史的研究,在研究范式、史料运用、理论回应等方面,均有所贡献,是一本中国农史研究的力作。本文对其内容进行了介绍、指出了其学术贡献与研究不足,并提出了肥料史研究的展望。

The monograph Gold Liquid： A Research on Traditional Chinese Fertilizer Knowledge and Technology Practice（10-19^th Century） systematically studied the fertilizer knowledge and technology of Chinese traditional society since the Song Dynasty, enriching the researches on the fertilizer history in China and making contributions to the research paradigms,historical materials, and theoretical responses. It is a masterpiece on agricultural history research in China. This paper introduces its content, points out its academic contributions and research deficiencies, and then puts forward the research prospects for the fertilizer history.
