摘要
建立以高效液相色谱法测定复维颠茄溶液中水溶性含维生素的量.以氨基键合硅胶(4. 6×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0. 03 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(75∶25)为流动相,流速为1. 0 m L/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为40℃.结果表明,维生素B_1在1. 21~l8. 48μg/m L(r=0. 999 6)范围内质量浓度和峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为95. 35%,RSD值为3. 79%;维生素B_2在0. 24~1.66μg/m L(r=0. 999 9)范围内质量浓度和峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为102. 40%,RSD值为2. 80%;维生素B_6在0. 39~2. 71μg/m L(r=0. 999 9)范围内质量浓度和峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为94. 66%,RSD值为2. 76%.本测定方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,可以作为测定复维颠茄溶液中水溶性含维生素量的常用方法.
To set up HPLC methods for determining the water-soluble vitamins B 1, B 2, B 6 contents in compound vitamini B and belladonnae oral solution. ZORBAX NH 2 column was used, acetonitrile: KH 2PO 4 (75∶ 25) were used as mobile phase, while the flowing speed was 1.0 mL/min , detective wavelength at 280 nm, and column temperature was 40 ℃. The results indicated that the linear curve of tested vitamin B 1 concentration within the range of 1.21-l8.48 μg/mL was ideal ( r =0.999 6), the average recovery rate was 95.35%, and RSD was 3.79%. The linear curve of tested vitamin B 2 concentration within the range of 0.24~1.66 μg/mL was ideal ( r =0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 102.40%, and RSD was 2.80%. The linear curve of tested vitamin B 6 concentration within the range of 0.39~2.71 μg/mL was ideal ( r =0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 94.66%, and RSD was 2.76%. The method was simple, fast and accurate. It can be commonly used to determine the contents of water-soluble vitamins in compound vitamini B and belladonnae oral solution.
