基于多商品流理论实现的主干航路网络交通流分配 被引量:1

摘要 合理分配空中交通流是实现航路网络中交通流安全高效运行的有效手段.以航段通行能力为约束,在客观交通需求的情况下,以航路网络总最小运行成本为优化目标,基于多商品流理论建立了航路网络的交通流分配模型,设计了新的主干航路网络,采用了Lagrange松弛算法实现了交通流的合理分配.通过选取中国大陆地区9个情报区中流量最大的机场作为枢纽机场,基于初始网络并结合历史数据,成功实现了交通流的合理分配,优化了主干航路网络,确定了30个交叉节点的地理位置、50条航段的通行能力和方向,以及有流量需求的机场对之间的29条运行路线. Distributing traffic flow reasonably is effective measure to make air traffic flow run efficiently and safely. This paper established air route network traffic flow distribution model based on more goods flow theory, and combined with segment capacity constraints and the Lagrange relaxation algorithm to distribute traffic flow and redesign the trunk route network in the case of meeting the traffic demand. This paper selected 9 airports with largest traffic flow in different flight information region as hub airports to set up an initial trunk route network, combined with historical data to optimize the initial network, and used allocation model and the algorithm described in this paper to distribute the traffic flow reasonably. This method identified 30 intersection node locations, 50 segment traffic capacity and direction, and 29 running routes between airports.
