内排-老街高速公路对越南老街省经济发展的影响

Influence of Noi Bai-Lao Cai expressway to economic development of Lao Cai province in Vietnam

以内排-老街高速公路为例,根据系统性原则和实用性、定量与定性相结合原则,利用GM模型分析有无高速公路国内生产总值的变化,并结合统计数据研究在高速公路建设阶段和高速公路运营阶段分别对经济发展的影响.结果得出:内排-老街高速公路对老街省经济发展的直接影响,促进国内生产总值增长,对老街省的国民经济贡献率为8. 3%,平均年旅游收入均增长3. 2倍,平均年运输收入均增加2. 5倍,年均进出口的产量增长2. 1倍.

This paper systematically and practically used a combination of qualitative and quantitative principles to analyze the influence of NoiBai-Lao Cai expressway on the economic development of Lao Cai province. Used the GM model and statistical data, analyzed the influence of the expressway at the construction and operation stages as well as the changes in gross domestic product.The results obtained showed that the expressway has contributed to the economic development of the Lao Cai Province as it resulted in 8.3% growth of GDP, 3.2 times increase in average annual tourism income, 2.5 times increase in average annual logistic income and 2.1 times increase in the annual output of imports and exports.
