摘要
针对铝电解生产过程中的控制需求,设计了基于DSP处理器的数据采集电路,实现了槽电压、系列电流与电解温度等模拟信号的在线采集功能。采用数码管动态显示槽况信息,使铝厂可以全面掌握电解槽的运行状况,及时做出有效调整,避免阳极效应的产生。配合光电耦合器的使用,进一步提高了数据采集的精确性和可靠性,有助于铝电解生产过程的优化控制,实现铝电解工业的可持续性发展。
A data acquisition circuit based on DSP processor was designed to meet the control requirements in the aluminum electrolysis production process. The on-line acquisition of analog signals such as tank voltage, series current and electrolysis temperature was realized. The use of LED dynamic displayed the status of the channel information, so that the aluminum plant could fully control the operation of the electrolyzer, and made effective adjustments in time to avoid the anode effect. With the use of optocouplers, the accuracy and reliability of data acquisition were further improved, which helped to optimize the control of the aluminum electrolysis production process and achieved the sustainable development of the aluminum electrolysis industry.
