胺碘酮联合比索洛尔治疗伴左室肥厚原发性高血压合并室性心律失常的疗效

Efficacy of amiodarone combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy complicated with ventricular arrhythmia

目的探讨胺碘酮联合比索洛尔治疗伴左室肥厚原发性高血压合并室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法将82例伴左室肥厚原发性高血压合并室性心律失常患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。两组均给予胺碘酮治疗,观察组加用比索洛尔,均连续治疗8个月。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组心率、SBP、DBP和心律失常患者占比均显著降低,且观察组心率和心律失常患者占比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组LVPWT、IVST、LVEDD、LVM、LVMI均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合比索洛尔可显著改善伴左室肥厚原发性高血压合并室性心律失常患者心率、心律失常及超声心动图指标,效果优于单纯胺碘酮治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with bisoprolol in the treatment ofessential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy complicated with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods A total of 82patients with essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy complicated with ventricular arrhythmia were randomlydivided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with amiodarone,and the observation group plus with bisoprolol, they were treated continuously for 8 months. The treatment effects of thetwo groups were compared. Results After treatment, the heart rate, SBP, DBP and proportion of patients with arrhythmia ofboth groups decreased significantly, and the heart rate and proportion of patients with arrhythmia in the observation groupwere significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of LVPWT, IVST, LVEDD,LVM, and LVMI significantly decreased in the two groups, and those in the observation group were lower than the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amiodarone combined with bisoprolol can significantly improve the heart rate, arrhythmia and echocardiographic indexes in patients with essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy complicated withventricular arrhythmia, the effect is better than only amiodarone treatment.
