埃索美拉唑+阿莫西林及左氧氟沙星治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of esomeprazole and amoxicillin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of Hp positive chronic gastritis

目的观察埃索美拉唑+阿莫西林及左氧氟沙星治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法将2016年8月至2018年2月我院收治的90例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊+阿莫西林联合克拉霉素进行治疗,观察组给予埃索美拉唑+阿莫西林及左氧氟沙星进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组临床症状评分、胃组织病理学指标评分均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者Hp转阴率、不良反应总发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑+阿莫西林及左氧氟沙星治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎效果理想,症状改善显著,且患者的不良反应发生率较低,值得在临床上应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of esomeprazole and amoxicillin combined with levofloxacin onHp positive chronic gastritis. Methods A total of 90 patients with Hp positive chronic gastritis admitted in our hospitalfrom August 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases ineach group. The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric -coated capsules, amoxicillin combined withclarithromycin, while the observation group was treated with esomeprazole, amoxicillin and levofloxacin. The treatmenteffects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group wassignificantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms and gastrictissue pathological indexes decreased in the two groups, and those in the observation group were significantly lower thanthe control group （P〈0.05）. The Hp negative -converting rate and the total incidence of adverse reactions in theobservation group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Esomeprazole and amoxicillincombined with levofloxacin in Hp positive chronic gastritis has a ideal efficacy, it can significantly improve thesymptoms, with low incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of application in clinic.
