双侧子宫动脉栓塞术联合宫腔镜电切术、传统清宫术治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的效果

Effect of bilateral uterine artery embolization combined with hysteroscopic electric resection and traditional dilatation and curettage on cesarean scar pregnancy

目的探讨双侧子宫动脉栓塞术(BUAE)联合宫腔镜电切术、传统清宫术治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的效果。方法将我院50例CSP患者采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组接受BUAE联合传统清宫术,观察组接受BUAE联合宫腔镜电切术。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、血清β-HCG恢复正常时间、月经恢复时间、术后并发症发生率及手术成功率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 BUAE联合宫腔镜电切术较BUAE联合清宫术具有临床疗效高且安全性高等特点,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of bilateral uterine artery embolization （BUAE） combined withhysteroscopic electric resection and traditional dilatation and curettage in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy （CSP）.Methods A total of 50 patients with CSP in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according torandom number method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received BUAE combined with traditionaldilatation and curettage, and the observation group received BUAE combined with hysteroscopic electric resection. Thetreatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay,serum 茁-HCG recovery time, menstrual recovery time, incidence of postoperative complications and surgical success rate inthe observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion BUAE combined withhysteroscopic electric resection has the characteristics of high clinical efficacy and high safety compared with BUAEcombined with traditional dilatation and curettage, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
