米非司酮+甲氨蝶呤与单纯甲氨蝶呤治疗宫外孕的治愈率及不良反应发生率评价

Evaluation of cure rate and adverse reaction rate of mifepristone+methotrexate and methotrexate alone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨米非司酮+甲氨蝶呤与单纯甲氨蝶呤治疗宫外孕的治愈率及不良反应发生率。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月我院收治的82例宫外孕患者为研究对象,采用简单随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组给予单纯甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组给予米非司酮+甲氨蝶呤治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率和治疗前、后β-HCG水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的β-HCG水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗宫外孕效果显著,患者不良反应发生率低且病情恢复较快,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the cure rate and adverse reactions rate of mifepristone＋methotrexate and methotrexatealone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 82 patients with ectopic pregnancy from January 2015 toJanuary 2018 admitted in our hospital were selected as study objects and divided into control group and observation groupaccording to simple random methods, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given methylamine alonetreatment, and the observation group was given mifepristone ＋methotrexate. The clinical efficacy, incidence of adversereactions and the levels of β-HCG before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The totaleffective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and thedifference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adversereactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the level of β-HCG in the two groups significantly reduced,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined withmethotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has a significant effect, the incidence of adverse reactions is low and therecovery of the disease is faster. It is worthy of promotion.
