阿奇霉素联合推拿治疗小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体感染的临床效果

Clinical effect of azithromycin combined with massage in children with respiratory tract pneumonia mycoplasma infection

目的探究阿奇霉素联合中医推拿治疗小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体感染的临床效果。方法将70例呼吸道肺炎支原体感染患儿随机分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,研究组给予阿奇霉素联合推拿治疗。比较两组患儿的免疫因子和细胞因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患儿的CD4+和CD8+水平均显著优于治疗前,且研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清中IgG、IgA、IgM、IL-6和TNF-α水平均显著优于治疗前,且研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合推拿治疗小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体感染疾病能够降低患儿炎性因子表达,提高机体免疫力,有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with massage in children withrespiratory tract pneumonia mycoplasma infection. Methods A total of 70 children with respiratory tract mycoplasmapneumoniae infection were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 35 cases in each group. The controlgroup was treated with adriamycin, and the study group was given adriamycin combined with massage. The levels ofimmune factors, cytokines and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the levels of CD4＋and CD8＋of both groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and those of the studygroup were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the serum levels of IgG, IgA, IgM, IL-6 and TNF-琢 ofboth groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and those of the study group were better than the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Azithromycin combined with massage in children with respiratory tract pneumonia mycoplasma infection canreduce the expression of inflammatory factors and improve the body immunity, which has important clinical significance.
