半夏厚朴汤合杏苏散加味治疗痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽患儿的临床效果

Clinial effect of addition of Banxia Houpo decoction and Xingsu powder in children with cough of phlegm-dampness and accumulation of phlegm type

目的探讨痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽患儿使用半夏厚朴汤合杏苏散加味治疗的价值。方法将87例痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽患儿按照简单随机化分组方法分为对照组(43例,常规西药)和研究组(44例,常规西药+半夏厚朴汤合杏苏散加味)。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组中医证候积分均降低,FVC、FEV1、MMF均升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽患儿中采用半夏厚朴汤和杏苏散加味治疗能够减轻临床症状,改善肺功能,疗效理想。

Objective To explore the value of addition of Banxia Houpo decoction and Xingsu powder in children withcough of phlegm-dampness and accumulation of phlegm type. Methods A total of 87 cases of children with cough ofphlegm-dampness and accumulation of phlegm type were divided into control group （43 cases, routine western medicine）and study group （44 cases, routine western medicine＋addition of Banxia Houpo decoction and Xingsu powder） by simplerandomization method. The treatment effects in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the TCM syndromescores of the two groups decreased, FVC, FEV1, MMF of the two groups increased, and those in the study group were betterthan the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Addition of Banxia Houpo decoction and Xingsu powder in children with cough of phlegm-dampness and accumulation of phlegm type can relieve clinical symptoms and improve lung function, with a ideal effect.
