痰热清联合L-精氨酸对COPD急性加重期患者的治疗价值

Therapeutic value of Tanreqing combine with L-arginine on patients with acute exacerbation of COPD

目的探讨痰热清联合L-精氨酸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者的治疗价值。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月我科收治的COPD急性加重期患者80例,随机分为联用组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予痰热清治疗,联用组给予痰热清注射液联合L-精氨酸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前、后血清BNP和IL-6水平,并采用COPD自我评估测试问卷(CAT)评估患者的生活质量。结果联用组的治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血清IL-6、BNP水平及CAT评分均显著降低,且联用组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痰热清联合L-精氨酸治疗COPD急性加重期患者的临床效果显著优于痰热清单药治疗,可显著改善患者的血清IL-6、BNP水平和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of Tanreqing combined with L-arginine on patients with acuteexacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods Eighty patients with acute exacerbation of COPDadmitted to our department from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group andcombination group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given Tanreqing injection treatment, and thecombination group was given Tanreqing injection combined with L-arginine treatment. The clinical efficacy, serum BNP andIL -6 levels were compared between the two groups, and the quality of life was assessed by COPD self -assessmentquestionnaire （CAT）. Results The total effective rate of the treatment in the combined group was 95.0%, which was higher than80.0% of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of serum IL-6, BNP and the CAT scores of the two groupssignificantly decreased, and those in the combined group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tanreqingcombined with L-arginine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD in patients with clinical effect is significantly higherthan the Tanreqing list drug treatment, which can significantly improve the level of serum IL-6, BNP and the quality of life.
