安胃疡胶囊联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡的疗效

Effect of Anweiyang capsule combined with quadruple therapy on Hp positive gastric ulcer

目的研究安胃疡胶囊联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡的效果。方法选择2014年1月至2017年12月我院收治的86例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者,随机分为两组。对照组采取四联疗法,观察组联合口服安胃疡胶囊。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的溃疡直径明显缩小,且观察组缩小程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的复发率明显低于对照组,Hp转阴率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的血清VEGF、NO水平明显升高,ET、TNF-α、IL-6水平明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的烧心、腹痛、反酸、恶心及嗳气症状积分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P<0.05)。结论安胃疡胶囊联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡的疗效显著,可提高Hp转阴率、降低复发率、改善血清学指标。

Objective To investigate the effect of Anweiyang capsule combined with quadruple therapy on Helicobacterpylori （Hp） positive gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 86 patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer treated in our hospitalfrom January 2014 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group receivedquadruple therapy, and the observation group combined oral administration of Anweiyang capsule. The therapeutic effectsof the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher thanthat of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the ulcer diameter of the two groups significantly reduced, and thedegree of reduction in the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the recurrence rate of theobservation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the negative rate of Hp was significantlyhigher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of serum VEGF and NO in the two groupssignificantly increased, while the levels of ET, TNF-琢 and IL-6 significantly decreased, and those of the observationgroup were better than the control group （P〈0.05）; the scores of heartburn, abdominal pain, acid reflux, nausea andbelching in both groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than thecontrol group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〈0.05） Conclusion The Anweiyang capsule combined with quadruple therapy on Hp positive gastric ulcer has significanteffect, which can improve the negative rate of Hp, decrease the recurrence rate and improve the serological index.
