TVS与TAS在妇产科疾病检查中的价值

Value of TVS and TAS in the gynecology and obstetrics diseases examination

目的分析经腹部超声检查(TAS)和经阴道超声检查(TVS)在妇产科疾病检查中的价值。方法回顾性分析2017年2月至2018年2月在我院行妇科检查的500例妇产科患者,所有患者均采用TVS与TAS检查。比较两种检查方式对妇产科疾病的检出率以及检查过程中的平均消耗时间。结果 TVS检查的阳性检出率(41.80%)明显高于TAS(28.40%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);TVS检查的平均消耗时间为(3.61±1.01)min,显著短于TAS检查的平均消耗时间为(5.82±4.23)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TVS检查妇产科良性疾病比TAS检查具有明显的优越性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the value of transabdominal ultrasonography （TAS）and transvaginal ultrasonography（TVS）in the gynecology and obstetrics diseases examination. Methods A total of 500 patients with gynecology andobstetrics in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were retrospective analyzed. All the patients wereexamined by TVS and TAS. The detection rates of gynecological and obstetric diseases and the average consumptiontime of the two kinds of examination methods were compared. Results The positive detection rate of the TVS （41.80%）was significantly higher than that of the TAS （28.40%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; theaverage consuming time of the TVS examination was （3.61依1.01） min, which was significant shorter than （5.82±4.23）min of the TAS examination, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TVS examination ofgynecological and obstetric benign diseases than TAS examination has obvious advantages, which is worthy of clinicalapplication and promotion.
