程序化管理在机械通气患者中的应用效果

Effect of procedural management applied in patients with mechanical ventilation

目的研究机械通气患者采取程序化管理的临床价值。方法选择我科纳入的92例机械通气患者,按照随机数字法分为两组,各46例。研究组采取程序化管理,对照组采取常规管理。对比两组管理效果。结果研究组患者机械通气时间及RICU监护时间均明显短于对照组,院内感染、呼吸机相关肺炎及痰液堵塞发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者及家属对基础护理、技术水平、治疗指导及服务态度的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论机械通气患者采用程序化管理效果显著,能明显缩短患者治疗时间,同时能提高患者及家属的满意度,维持良好医患关系,安全性较高。

Objective To study the clinical value of procedural management applied in patients with mechanicalventilation. Methods A total of 92 patients with mechanical ventilation admitted in our department were divided into twogroups according to the random number method, with 46 cases in each group. The study group adopted proceduralmanagement, while the control group received routine management. The management effects of the two groups werecompared. Results The mechanical ventilation time and RICU monitoring time of the study group were significantly shorterthan those of the control group, and the incidence of nosocomial infection, ventilator-associated pneumonia and sputumobstruction were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction scores of patients and their familymembers on basic nursing, technical level, treatment guidance and service attitude in the study group were higher thanthose in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The procedural management applied in patients with mechanicalventilation has significant effect, which can remarkably shorten the treatment time, improve the patients and their familymembers＇ satisfaction and maintain the favorable doctor-patient relationship, with high safety.
