快速康复护理在肾脏部分切除术中的应用价值

Application value of rapid rehabilitation nursing in partial nephrectomy

目的探讨快速康复护理在肾脏部分切除术中的应用价值。方法将我院收治的106例肾脏部分切除术患者按照数字表达法分为观察组(n=53)与参考组(n=53),参考组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予快速康复护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的并发症总发生率、治疗成本显著低于参考组(P<0.05);观察组的首次排气、排便时间、引流管留置时间及平均住院时间均显著短于参考组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意评分显著高于参考组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后30 d再入院率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论肾脏部分切除术中运用快速康复护理干预,可促进术后尽快康复,降低患者治疗成本,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the application value of rapid rehabilitation nursing in partial nephrectomy. Methods Atotal of 106 cases with partial nephrectomy in our hospital were divided into observation group and reference groupaccording to digital expression method. The reference group received routine nursing intervention, the observation groupreceived rapid rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The totalincidence of complications and treatment cost of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the referencegroup （P〈0.05）. The first venting, defecation time, drainage tube indwelling time and average hospitalization time of theobservation group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction score of theobservation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group （P〈0.05）. There had no significant difference inreacldmission rates between the two groups at 30 days after operation （P跃0.05）. Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursingintervention in partial nephrectomy can accelerate the recovery, reduce the cost of treatment, and be worth popularizing.
