摘要
随着我国石油、天然气管道的建设,三通管件也趋于高强度、大口径、厚壁、高性能的发展方向。对油气输送领域三通管件的制造方法、成型工艺、设计标准和性能要求进行了总结,分析了目前三通设计,生产面临的问题,为开展三通管件新制造方法和生产工艺的研究奠定基础。
The tee development trends to high strength, large diameter, thick wall and high performance along with the domestic construction of the long distance oil and gas transportation pipe. This article summarizes the manufacturing methods, forming process, design standards and performance requirement of the tee used for oil-gas pipeline. The problems faced in the design and production of tee at present are analyzed, which establish a study foundation for the new manufacturing method and production technology of tee.
