套管井带压测试注入装置设计及试验

摘要 为了实现环保、安全生产和提高资料品质需求,设计开发了一种车载带压施工注入装置,利用车的有效空间,取力测井车发动机,驱动液压增压系统,达到收集测井过程中溢流并实现液体注入功能。现场试验表明,该装置可以实现注入井测试前防喷注水和测试过程中溢流收集、注入。 In order to improve the environmental protection, logging safety and logging data quality, the injection system of the logging truck used in the well logging with pressure is designed, which can make the space effective for the logging truck to place the device. The system is driven by the hydraulic pump which takes the force from logging truck s engine. This system can collect overflow and injection back during the logging. The field test shows that the system can realize the blowout injection before logging and collect-inject the overflow during logging.
