摘要
通过对GB/T 9711-2017和API Spec 5L-2018,以及相关引用标准的对比分析,针对目前国内在钢管力学性能试验中存在的不一致情况,探讨了管体拉伸试验屈强比的计算步骤、试验数值的修约程序和极限数值的判定方法,同时评述了GB/T 8170-2008和ASTM E29-2004的实用性。
In view of the inconsistencies presented in the current domestic steel pipe mechanical properties tests, the calculation steps of the yield ratio in the tensile test of steel pipe body, the rounding procedure of the test data and the decision method of the threshold limits value are discussed by comparing the GB/T 9711-2017 and API Spec 5L-2018 with the related references. Then the practicality of GB/T 8170-2008 and ASTM E29-2004 are further reviewed.
