时空轨迹信息在视频侦查办案中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 利用视频监控能够获取犯罪嫌疑人的行为信息。本文从时空轨迹、数据碰撞以及视频侦查的概念入手,以实际案例为切入点,绘制出简单的时空轨迹分析图,分析了时空轨迹信息在案件中的线索作用和证据作用,分析了时空轨迹信息在视听资料方面的价值属性,总结出利用时空轨迹信息开展视频侦查工作的步骤与方法;阐述了时空轨迹信息的证据内容与证明力,以及利用时空轨迹信息分析何人、何时、何地、因果关系等方面的证据内涵。本文介绍了如何利用视频监控获取犯罪嫌疑人活动的时空轨迹信息,希望能够为公安实战应用提供一定的理论支持。同时,时空轨迹信息对于完善证据的理论体系以及打击犯罪维护社会和谐与稳定都具有重要的现实意义。 Video surveillance can obtain suspect’s both behavior and moving-about information. In this paper, from the concepts of spatio-temporal track, data collision and video detection, an actual case was taken as the example, having drawn a simple spatio-temporal track map, analyzing the clues and evidence from the space-time track information in video for detection. Also, the value and attributes of the track information were discussed into the relevant audio-visual materials, leading to a summarization of the steps and methods to carry out the spatio-temporal information tracking throughout the video detection so that the evidential content and power of the spatio-temporal track information were demonstrated together with the utilization of veri?able connotation about who, when, where, what and other in?uential aspects. Thus, the use of video surveillance was herewith unfolded to obtain the spatio-temporal track the criminal suspect acted, capable of providing supportive reference for the actual tasks of public security. To some extent, the spatio-temporal track information is of practical importance for the theoretical framework to perfect the evidence, ?ghting against crimes and maintaining social harmony and stability.
