一例扼死伪装成自勒死案的法医学鉴定

Death from Strangulation yet being Pretended of Suicidal Behavior: Case Report

与扼死、溺死、缢死等常见机械性窒息死亡相比,自勒死在法医学检案中相对少见。如何准确判断是否为自勒死是法医学检验的重点,也是判断案件性质的关键。本文报道一例特殊扼死伪装成自勒死的案例,结合尸体检验、现场勘验等探讨其法医学检验要点,并重点从勒索、勒沟、抵抗伤、口鼻部损伤、尸体死亡姿势、死亡动机及物证检验等方面就自勒死区别于扼死等其它方式所致机械性窒息死亡而展开讨论分析。

Unlike the death from such mechanical asphyxia as strangulation, drowning and hanging, suicidal strangulation is uncommonly fallen across in forensic practice. Thus, how to truly identify whether one suicidal strangulation has really happened remains a focal point for determining the death manner. Here reported a case that the strangulation-caused death was pretended of suicidal behavior. From the autopsy ？ndings and crime scene investigation, the key points of identification was therewith discussed about suicidal strangulation. Furthermore, the difference of suicidal strangulation from the homicidal one （as well as the death from other causes by mechanical asphyxia） was analytically compared on the strangulating ligature, strangulating-ligature marks, defense wound, oronasal injury, corpse posture, death motivation and examination of evidential materials.
