现场重建与人物刻画在疑似命案中的运用

现场勘查是刑事侦查工作中的一个重要环节,根据现场勘查和尸体检验、物证检验,并结合案情调查信息等,对各类刑事案件进行合理的分析和推断,以求重建案件现场发生过程,刻画案件发生瞬间人的动作和心理特征,最大限度地为侦查提供线索、缩小范围和指明方向。本文通过对一起白骨化案例的剖析,对有关疑似命案现场分析理论要点及方法进行梳理,认知案发过程和参与人行为过程的关系,探讨现场重建与人物刻画在命案现场分析中的应用价值。

Scene survey is important for criminal investigation. Usually, investigators must have completed series of tasks, e.g., scene inspection, autopsy, evidence test and collecting involved information in order to rationally analyze and infer the relevant cases so that the event-happening process can be rebuilt and the suspect’s then-instantaneous behaviors and psychological actions are eligible for depiction. Thus, the investigation can maximally acquire clues, narrow scope and de？ne direction. This paper reports a criminal investigation of a skeletonized corpse. Through survey of the scene, reconstruction of the course the dead went past, together with the support from evidence examination and other investigations, the dead was found to have his ？nal destiny over his own fault. Accordingly, it is pivotal for both scene reconstruction and characterization to apply into decedent-related cases.
