试论习近平对邓小平理论的继承与发展——从“三个有利于”标准至“四个有利于”标准

本文认为"四个有利于"是对"三个有利于"的继承与发展。二者都重视发展生产力,二者都以人民利益至上为核心价值追求。"四个有利于"是"三个有利于"与时俱进的体现,关注我国经济发展动力问题。认为应把人民的获得感与社会公平正义作为着眼点。通过调动干部群众的积极性来推进新时期改革。"四个有利于"标准指引我国改革的前进方向,并能够最大限度地激发人的主观能动性。

This paper regards the ＂Four Benefits＂ as the inheritance and development of the ＂Three Benefits＂. Both attach importance to develop productive forces, and pursue the core value of the people＇s interests first. ＂Four Benefits＂ are the development of the ＂Three Benefits＂ advance with times. They pay more attention on the driving force of China＇s economic development, and consider people＇s satisfaction and social equality and justice to be key points. The reformation in new period will be promoted by mobilizing the initiative of cadres and the masses. ＂ Four Benefits ＂ guide the developing direction of China＇s reform and motivate people＇s activeness to the utmost extent.
