电网企业绩效管理研究与实践

摘要 绩效管理是人力资源组织管理的基础之一,是为了实现企业总体经营目标,各团体或者各部门所必须达成的工作目标。国家电网"三集五大"体系建设的推进,越加显现出绩效管理的重要性。在此背景下,电网企业推行全员绩效管理,实行绩效经理人制度,很好地适应电力行业特点,取得了显著的成效。文章对电网企业具体的绩效管理展开了研究与实践。 Performance management is one of the foundation of human resources management in the organization, it is the achievement of the overall goal of the enterprise and the business and work results that must be achieved by the team or individual of the enterprise. With the development of the “3 Centers and 5 Bigs” system of the state grid, the importance of performance management is becoming more and more obvious.Under this background, the power grid enterprise implements the all-staff performance management, implements the performance manager system, very well adapts the electric power industry characteristic, which has obtained the remarkable result. In this paper, the specifc performance management of power grid enterprises is studied and put into practice.
