摘要 针对远距离输送打包带的工艺要求,文章设计了基于PLC自动打包带输送器控制系统。该系统由PLC,触摸屏等元件组成,在触摸屏上设置送带长度以及输送带带盘阻尼或制动力矩,并实时显示打包带输送器工作状态。生产实践表明,PLC实现打包带输送器的需要的控制功能,该控制系统的控制精度、响应速度等技术指标完全达到了工艺要求,系统运行可靠。该输送器可以为人工打包或自动打包机自动输送打包带,操作简便,提高了工作效率。 A PLC-based automatic packing belt conveyor control system is designed according to the process requirements of long-distance conveyor strapping in this paper. The system consists of PLC and touch screen and other components. The length of the belt is set on the touch screen and the belt pulley damping or braking torque is displayed and the working state of the strap conveyor is displayed in real time. The production practice shows that the PLC realizes the required control function of the strap conveyor. The technical index such as control precision and response speed of the control system fully meets the process requirements and the system runs reliably. The conveyor can automatically transport the straps for manual packaging or automatic baling machine, which is easy to operate and improves work effciency.
