摘要
本文基于相控阵原理,以厚度为4mm形状规则的铝板为研究对象,利用ABAQUS仿真软件进行建模,研究了Lamb波在铝板中传播特征以及相关问题。将五个压电元件排列成一维线阵组成换能器并通过调整时间延迟来控制波束的指向,通过设置激励信号与接收点并采集接收点处的信号,以健康铝板为例,采集健康铝板的信号并对其添加相应时间延迟,合成各个方向上的信号并结合Lamb波的频散特性从而确定Lamb波传播的情况,为此类探伤仿真奠定基础。
Based on the principle of phased array, this paper takes aluminum plate with a thickness of 4mm as the research object, and uses ABAQUS simulation software to model the propagation characteristics of Lamb wave in aluminum plate and related problems. Arrange five piezoelectric elements into a one-dimensional line array to form a transducer and control the beam pointing by adjusting the time delay. By setting the excitation signal and the receiving point and collecting the signal at the receiving point, a healthy aluminum plate is taken as an ex- ample to collect a healthy aluminum plate. The signal is added to the corresponding time delay, and the signals in all directions are combined and combined with the dispersion characteristics of the Lamb wave to determine the Lamb wave propagation, which lays a foundation for such flaw detection simulation.
