摘要
水库在水资源优化配置中发挥了重要作用,但在现实运行中存在若干问题。因此,有必要对小水库进行除险加固。本文从管理措施和技术措施两个方面阐述了水库除险加固的应对策略,希望能为未来水库的有效利用提供参考方案。
Reservoirs play an important role in the optimal allocation of water resources, but there are some problems in the actual operation. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out risk-elimination and reinforcement of small reservoirs. This paper expounds the countermeasures for reservoir reinforcement in terms of management measures and technical measures, and hopes to provide a reference plan for the effective use of future reservoirs.
