标志层矿石回收爆破技术研究

摘要 针对常规爆破后标志层矿与废石混在一起,导致矿石贫化率高的难题,同时也为节约磷资源,加大矿石回收力度,结合效益优先,难易、贫富兼采的原则,通过对标志层矿爆破技术和采矿工艺进行研究,对采区内标志层矿进行有效回收。通过对矿石和废石进行试验对比分析孔径分别为180, 250 mm,孔排距为4.5 mX 4.5 m到6.5 mX 6.5 m按0.5 m调整后的爆破效果,优化了孔网参数和炸药单耗;标志层矿钻孔在装药时根据标志层矿位置的不同,从而确定不同的连续装药结构,优化了原炮孔装药结构;同时,运用矿岩分离爆破技术指导网络连接,优化了起爆网络连接方式;除此之外,试验结果表明,爆破效果得到了改善,完善了标志层矿回采工艺,提高了磷资源回收率。
