宁泌泰胶囊联合抗生素治疗复杂性尿路感染55例

Ningmitai Capsule Combined with Antibiotics for Treatment of 55 Cases of Complicated Urinary Tract Infection

目的:观察宁泌泰胶囊联合抗生素治疗复杂性尿路感染的疗效。方法:收集复杂性尿路感染患者55例,随机分为两组。抗生素组30例,根据药敏实验结果,使用抗生素治疗7~14 d,联合用药组25例在抗生素组基础上联合口服宁泌泰治疗14 d。观察尿沉渣白细胞计数,尿细菌培养转阴率,症状缓释率等指标。结果:抗生素组尿沉渣中白细胞计数为(110.3±26.3)个/HP,联合用药组为(98.5±2.2)个/HP,两组均较治疗前显著降低,但组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。抗生素组尿细菌培养转阴率为73.33%,联合用药组为84.00%,两组无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。抗生素组2 d症状缓解率为21.43%,联合用药组为69.23%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抗生素组、联合用药组4 d症状消失率分别为7.14%、61.54%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宁泌泰胶囊联合抗生素治疗复杂性尿路感染,比单用抗生素能更快地缓解症状,提高疗效,且并不增加不良反应。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination of Ningmitai Capsule and antibiotics on treatment of complicated urinary tract infection （CUTI）. Methods CUTI patients （55 cases） were included, and randomly divided into two groups. The antibiotics group contained 30 cases who were treated by antibiotics for 7-14 d according to the results of antibacterial susceptibility test. The patients （25 cases） covered in the combination group were treated by antibiotics combined with Ningmitai Capsule for 14 d （4 capsules per time, three times per day）. The amount of white blood cell in urinary sediment, the urine cultured bacterial clearance rate and the remission rate of symptoms were observed. Results After two weeks＇ treatment, the amount of white blood cell in urinary sediment was （110.3 ± 26.3 ）/HP in the antibiotics group, and （98.5 ± 2.2） /HP in the combination group. The two groups showed significant reduction of white blood cell compared with the amount before treatment, without statistical difference （P〉0.05）. The bacterial clearance rate was 73.33 % for the antibiotics group, and 84.00 % for the combination group. In the antibiotics group, the remission rate of symptoms after 2 d and 4 d treatment were 21.43% and 7.14%; while in the combination group, the remission rate of symptoms after 2 d and 4 d treatment were 69.23% and 61.54%. There was statistical significance for both 2 d and 4 d treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the antibiotics group, the combination group showed higher remission rate of symptoms. This therapy was more effective with no additional side effects.
