集群内企业竞合关系对不同类企业创新行为的影响

The influence of competition and cooperation among enterprises in cluster on innovation behavior of different enterprises

受到S-C-P的研究范式的启发,本文探究集群结构对集群企业创新行为影响的内在机理。通过研究发现:存在着由集群技术水平和企业集中度共同作用所引起的"集群结构—企业竞合关系—企业创新行为"内在规律。进一步而言,企业之间的竞争程度往往是由集群的技术水平决定的,而企业之间的合作强度往往是由集群内部企业集中度决定的。在此基础上,还从政府和企业各自的角度,提出了集群发展和企业发展的政策建议。

Inspired by S-C-P＇s research paradigm, this paper explores the internal mechanism of the impact of cluster structure on the innovation behavior of cluster enterprises. It is found that the inherent law of ＂cluster structure-enterprise co-opetion relationship-enterprise innovation behavior＂ is caused by the combination of cluster technology level and enterprise concentration. Further, the degree of competition between enterprises is often determined by the technical level of the cluster, and the strength of cooperation between enterprises is often determined by the concentration of enterprises within the cluster. On this basis, also from their respective perspectives of the government and enterprises, the paper puts forward policy suggestions of the development of cluster and the enterprise .
