摘要
本文运用心电学、电生理学及相关学科知识,结合笔者多年临床经验,介绍了心律失常心电图或疑难心电图的一些重要的分析方法,如借助不应期、折返、递减传导的概念理解心律失常、利用除极向量鉴别室速、采用数学方法分析心律失常等。掌握和运用这些方法对分析理解心电图、提高疑难心电图诊断水平很有帮助。
Based on the knowledge of electrocardiology, electrophysiology and related subjects, this paper introduces some important methods for analyzing ECG of arrhythmias or difficult ECGs combining with author s clinical experience of many years. These methods embrace understanding arrhythmias with concepts such as refractory period, reentry and decremental conduction, identifying ventricular tachycardia using depolarized vector, and analyzing arrhythmias by mathematical methods. Grasping and using these methods can be very helpful for analyzing and understanding ECGs as well as improving the diagnostic level of difficult ECGs.
