摘要
单极标测技术是一项发展成熟的技术,所记录的单极电图能够较准确地反映心肌局部电活动,其形态特征有一定的特殊性。单极电图对室上性心动过速、房性心律失常、室性心律失常等多种快速性心律失常的标测和消融有指导作用,并可作为其他标测手段的重要补充。本文就单极电图的产生机制及临床应用进行综述。
Unipolar mapping is a well-developed technique and the recorded unipolar electrogram can accurately show local myocardial electrical activity with its special morphological characteristics. Unipolar electrogram plays a guiding role in the mapping and ablating on various tachyarrhythmias including supraventricular tachycardia, atrial arrhythmia and ventricular arrhythmia. It could become an important supplement of other mapping methods. This paper reviews the mechanism of unipolar electrogram and its clinical application.
