摘要
志愿服务教育有其特定内涵。中日两国高中生志愿服务教育都经历了萌芽、基本形成和全面发展的不同变迁过程。比较而言,中国高中生志愿服务教育注重与大型活动相结合、长期性服务日趋显著、政策体系逐步完善;日本高中生志愿服务教育理念深入人心、志愿服务与学校课程相结合、重视志愿服务技能培训。日本高中生志愿服务教育注重学生主动性、课程化和技能培训与特色对完善我国高中生志愿服务教育有一定启示。
Some specific intention has been vested to volunteer service education. The high school education about voluntary service both in China and Japan can be divided into three stages: the stage of germination, the stage of basic formation, the stage of comprehensive development. Different features and characteristics about voluntary education can be found between China and Japan. In China, volunteer service education in high school tends to be combined with large-scale events, and long-term service is becoming apparently. In addition, the political system concerning volunteer service education is being in gradually perfect process. In Japan, the concept of voluntary service has been widely accepted by high school students, and voluntary service is combined with school curriculum. Moreover, great importance has been attached to the characteristics of voluntary service training. The initiative of students, curriculum-based teaching and skills training, as three features of Japanese volunteer service education in high school, will be valuable for us to improve our volunteer service education in high school.
