研究生学术研究能力的学习支持分析与启示——以香港中文大学改进研究生学习方案(IPL)为例

摘要 学习支持原广泛应用于远程高等教育领域,后逐渐扩展至对高校教师学生的专业发展支持中。当下研究生的学术研究能力在多方面均存在缺陷。通过分析香港中文大学IPL方案的项目课程文本,发现该方案在十余年的建设和发展中形成了项目内容多样且匹配、构建以学生为中心的支持服务、为日常学术研究提供基础等特点。该方案的设计和实施对当前研究生学习支持提供了反思与建议。 Learning support was widely used in the field of distance higher education, and then gradually extended to support the professional development of university teachers and students. The acadenic research ability of current graduate students is flawed in many a spects.Through the analysis of the lack of postgraduate academic research ability and the texts of the project curriculum of the IPL program of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, It was found that more than ten years of construction and development of the project resulted in a variety of project and matching content, and a student-centered support service was established to provide the basis for daily academic research. The design and implementation of the program provides refection and advice on current graduate learming support.
